This is determined by 'drilling down' beyond 7th level to the very lowest level of your organisation, however deep that may be, and paying you an extra 1% commission on every single member within it.

When you develop a third, separate, 500-strong group you earn not 1% but an extra 1½% commission on every level… And when you add a fourth, you collect the maximum Infinity Bonus of 2%.
