1. How do I become an Affiliate Member?
It's easy. Just access an online application form by clicking on the 'Join as an
Affiliate' button on the 'Smarter Business' page or by clicking on this link:

steps on the form. If you are already a Player Member, simply click on the
'Become an Affiliate' link on your Member’s page.
2. How do I cancel?
Should you wish to stop being an Affiliate, you can give notice of your cancellation request by emailing
admin@vwdmail.com giving 28 days’ notice (please include your name and membership number). An email confirming your cancellation will be sent to you within 48 hours. Your Affiliate membership will be deemed cancelled once we respond to your request.

3. Are my payment and personal details safe?
Yes. Our e-payment network uses current Payment Card Industry(PCI) standard
processes to ensure your details are securely transmitted over the Internet

4. Can I refer Members from other countries?
Yes! Generally speaking, you may sign up anyone visiting your website from anywhere in the
world, and they in turn, can introduce other members from around the world.
There are a few countries and U.S. states that are prohibited from playing in
lottery syndicates, but even in these places people are usually allowed to join
as Affiliates!
5. Which currency is used on the e-lottery site?
All transactions are in British pounds sterling (GBP). That includes your annual
Administration Fee payment and your commission payments.
6. How can I receive payments in my own currency?
e-lottery operates in British pounds sterling (GBP). Should you wish to receive
your Commissions in an alternative currency, we recommend you use
MoneyBookers or

7 When do I get paid?
You are paid every four weeks, or 13 times per year, at the end of each Business
Cycle. VWD aim to get all payments out within a week of the end of each cycle and
are proud of our record of never being late in paying our Affiliates. To see

8. What is a Business Cycle?
A Business Cycle is a period lasting 28 days or four weeks. It is a more
convenient span of time for us to work with than calendar months. At the
beginning of each Cycle, commission is calculated for the previous Cycle. It is
then posted to each online Member Account. These four-week spells are laid out
on our
Business Cycle Calendar.
9. Are there any fees involved with payments?
We charge a fee of £1.50 when issuing a commission payment in order to keep the
annual Membership Fee as low as possible.
10. How can I change my personal details?
You can change any of your details by logging in to your Member website; it's accessible
24 hours a day. Simply click on the 'My Details' section.

12. Does VWD have any recognised accreditation?
Yes. We are members of the Lotteries Council, an organisation representing the
interests of various companies and other bodies engaged in lawful
lottery-related activities.
13. Can visitors to my guest site view my personal information?
No! If you give your number to somebody to view your site they will only be able
to see certain areas. All your personal information: genealogy, member details,
statement, etc., are protected within an encrypted area of the website. The only
way to see this encrypted area is by logging in with your membership number and
password (so never give out your password!).
